Ballet terminology

Breanna's new ballet move learned this afternoon: the "arabasket" And yes, I somehow, with no dance experience, knew what she meant to say. But I like her word better!

At least she knows!!

The scene: Katelyn in the hallway wailing because I won't let her go in the wet bathroom post-bath because she's already dry and in jammies, Breanna in her room naked and wet and fidgeting around while I'm trying to get her dried off, and the phone rings, and it's probably Shane.

I said, "Uh-oh. I'm not going to get to the phone."

Breanna replied, "Because you have two whiny children!"

I said, "Yup."

Sisterly arguments

Breanna: She's hitting me!!!!

Me: Katelyn! What is this all about? Why do you keep hitting your sister?

Breanna: She wants in my personal space!!!
