Breanna, after smashing her lip and now wanting me to read to her: "Mama, will you please read this to my lip?"
Breanna, in an effort to be more aware of how her actions hurt others: "Mommy, I'm sorry I said mean things to you tomorrow night." Well, at least she's planning ahead!
I am a mom and a wife. I've been a wife for 12.5 years, and a mom for about 7. Life is interesting and challenging, and sometimes lonely and boring, but also full of so much happiness and love. As Breanna starts doing more and more funny things, and now with the addition of sweet little Katelyn, I'm going to need a place to remember all of this in my old age - meaning tomorrow.
