Is that Latin?

During the Christmas season, Breanna learned quite a few Christmas songs, and it is a joy to hear her sing them, usually getting most of the words right!

Tonight at dinner, which was shells and cheese, hot dogs and green beans (yes, extremely healthy, I know), she put her thumb in a shell and said, "Look, Mom, a shell."  This was followed by, "in excelsis deo," several times and then we sang the whole chorus of Angels We Have Heard on High several more times.  

It's amazing how her mind relates things - not too much unlike the bizarre ways her mommy's mind works sometimes, too!
